By purchasing a Curbside Review, you are agreeing to the following:

This Curbside Review is not an inspection of the property and should not be considered as such.

The decision whether to proceed or abandon interest in the reviewed property will not be based in any part on the Curbside Review as it is understood that the review contains unverified observations made from viewing 2 curbside photos of the property and not the property itself. Conditions may change or be improved upon between the time the photos were taken or reviewed and the day you looked at the property. You should have these conditions verified by a thorough whole house inspection prior to making any final purchase decisions.

It is understood and agreed that you are not the owner of the review and are only purchasing an emailed summary of our observations made from viewing the photos. It is further understood that other interested parties may also purchase the same emailed review from us.

If you purchase the reviewed property you will, upon close of escrow, notify us so we can remove the property from our list.

If you are the owner of the reviewed property and you have improved on some of the apparent conditions noted in our review or have comments about them, you can notify us and we will provide your comments, as we deem appropriate with our review to all future purchasers.
